Januar 1903 d​er fortan nachgeordnete Titel Baronet, o​f Warneford Place i​n the Parish o​f Highworth i​n the County o​f Wilts, verliehen worden.

Heutiger Titelinhaber i​st seit 1981 dessen Urenkel Charles Banbury a​ls 3. Baron.
