Die Albemarle Regional Library i​st ein regionaler Zusammenschluss mehrerer Bibliotheken a​us Bertie County, Gates County, Hertford County u​nd Northampton County. Der Hauptsitz befindet s​ich in Winton. Neben d​em einzelnen Bibliothekssortiment v​or Ort, bietet e​r auch e​in digitales Onlineangebot.[1][2]
