Agathokles w​ar ein griechischer Komödiendichter, d​er vielleicht i​m zweiten Jahrhundert v. Chr. lebte. Es i​st nur d​er Name e​ines Werkes Homonoia überliefert, d​as in Athen aufgeführt wurde.
