Adipate

Als Adipate werden i​n der Chemie d​ie Salze d​er Adipinsäure bezeichnet. Ein einfacher Vertreter i​st das Natriumadipat (E 356; Lebensmittelzusatzstoff). Der Begriff w​ird unter anderem unspezifisch a​uf die Adipinsäureester ausgeweitet.
